Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £55k+) in Hampshire (within 50-mile radius).
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems across a local patch.
- Reactive and planned maintenance.
- Fault diagnosis and first-time fixes.
- Working independently on customer sites.
- Participation in a 1-in-7 call-out rota.
- Managing jobs via Simpro system.
Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1.
- CSCS / CITB card.
- Strong experience in commercial refrigeration.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Based in or around Hampshire.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- CO2 experience.
- Commissioning experience.
- Knowledge of Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems.
Package
- Door-to-door pay.
- Overtime @ 1.5x (Mon-Sat) & 2x Sundays.
- 45-hour contract.
- 1 in 7 call-out rota.
- Company van + fuel card.
