What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of a close‑knit maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the plant operating safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating mobile plant equipment such as Front Loading Shovels, Forklifts and Telehandlers
  • Carrying out routine inspections and reporting defects
  • Supporting plant maintenance activities and responding to operational issues
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and cleanliness standards across the site
  • Handling COSHH materials safely and managing plant stock
  • Following Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures at all times
  • Reporting accidents, near misses and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
