Based in Croydon, the business supports customers across the UK and Ireland, delivering both OEM new-build solutions and full aftermarket services including spare parts, repairs, overhauls, and field service support through its highly skilled engineering teams.

Now, they are looking for an ambitious Quality Engineer to help drive quality excellence across operations.

Why This Role?

This is not a routine quality position. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across workshop operations, field services, supply chain processes, and customer delivery-helping ensure world-class standards are met across highly technical engineering environments. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to solve problems, improve systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives that make a real commercial impact. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and improving quality systems across engineering operations
  • Investigating non-conformances and driving corrective actions
  • Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and standards
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Helping ensure customer expectations are exceeded across both OEM and aftermarket services
  • Driving best practice across workshop, field service, and supply chain activities
  • Supporting operational excellence across a globally recognised engineering business

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Quality Engineer who thrives in a technical environment and wants to make a visible impact. You'll likely bring:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or similar quality-focused engineering role
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, power generation, or heavy industry
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience working with quality systems, audits, and compliance processes
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with technical teams and suppliers
  • A continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
