  • Job allocation & workflow control — prioritise urgent work, plan ahead and keep vehicles available for next‑day routes
  • Diagnostics & fault support — assist technicians with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues
  • Quality, compliance & safety — enforce workshop standards and ensure every vehicle leaves the bay safe
  • Parts & stock coordination — identify parts, manage inventory and keep repairs moving
  • End‑of‑shift reporting — update job cards, record work completed and hand over cleanly to the next day’s team
