Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, you’ll be trusted to shape maintenance strategy, improve fleet performance, drive compliance standards and develop maintenance teams across multiple locations. The Role

As Group Fleet Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the fleet remains compliant, safe, available and cost-effective. Your duties will include:

  • Leading fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations.
  • Driving preventative maintenance programmes and best practice.
  • Ensuring compliance with DVSA regulations and Operator Licence requirements.
  • Managing workshops, technicians and maintenance teams.
  • Monitoring fleet performance, downtime and maintenance costs.
  • Managing supplier relationships and maintenance contracts.
  • Supporting long-term fleet replacement and asset management strategies.
  • Delivering continuous improvement projects and operational efficiencies.
  • Reporting directly to senior leadership on fleet performance and compliance.
