You will undertake electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, adhering to safety standards.
Role and responsibilities:
- Electrical Installations: Carry out electrical installations in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Working patterns: Vast majority of work being night shift.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Testing: Conduct electrical testing and inspection to ensure safety and compliance.
- Documentation: Complete necessary electrical certification and documentation accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Any other duties as required for the successful completion of electrical works.
Essential criteria:
- Experience: Proven experience as a qualified Electrician.
- Qualifications: Hold relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation) and a valid ECS or CSCS card.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of current electrical regulations (BS 7671).
- Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to working safely and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Driving License: A full clean UK Driving license is desirable.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
