Alecto Recruitment is currently working closely with a well‑established and growing Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist who is recruiting for a Service Contract Manager to take full ownership of their service division in London.
Key Responsibilities
- BMS / BEMS servicing, remedials and reactive call‑outs
- Managing and supporting on‑site engineers
- Coordinating scheduling and resource planning
- Maintaining and renewing existing service contracts
- Developing new business from existing clients and introducing new customers
- Full P&L responsibility across the service function
Qualifications
- Experience in a Service / Contracts Management role within the BMS sector, or as a senior BMS engineer managing a small team.
- Strong technical understanding of building management systems from an engineering background.
- Previous team management experience.
- Commercial experience with profit and loss (P&L) accountability is an advantage.
