Are you an experienced AV Estimator looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious residential technology projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected systems integration business delivering bespoke audio visual, smart home, lighting control, networking and security solutions for luxury residential clients. They are looking for an estimator who can take ownership of tender processes, pricing and project proposals, helping bring technically complex projects to life.

The Role

As an AV Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for high end AV and technology projects. Working closely with sales, design and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are commercially viable and technically aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed estimates, quotations and tender submissions
  • Review project requirements, drawings and specifications
  • Produce Bills of Materials and equipment schedules
  • Obtain pricing from manufacturers and suppliers
  • Work closely with AV designers and project managers
  • Support the sales team with technical and commercial proposals
  • Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive and delivered on time
  • Assist with value engineering and project cost analysis

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience estimating within AV, smart home, technology integration or a similar industry
  • Experience managing tenders and producing detailed project proposals
  • Strong understanding of AV systems and equipment
  • Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
