£45,000 - £55,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+)

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer. This is a key position within the business, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a more senior role with added responsibility, influence, and long-term progression.

You’ll be the go-to engineer on site handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.

  • Service, maintenance & fault finding on commercial refrigeration & AC systems
  • Assist with commissioning and system optimisation
  • Participate in a 1-in-7 call-out rota
  • F-Gas Category 1
  • Strong background in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commissioning experience
  • Experience with Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems

Overtime @ 1.5x (Mon-Sat) & 2x Sundays

~45-hour contract

~1 in 7 call-out rota

~Company van + fuel card

~Phone, tablet & specialist tools

~25 days holiday + bank holidays

~Performance-related bonus

~Ongoing training & progression into supervisory roles
