The Role
As an HGV Technician, you'll play a vital part in keeping a modern commercial fleet operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
- Conducting inspections and MOT preparation
- Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs
- Ensuring vehicles remain compliant and roadworthy
- Minimising downtime across the fleetThis is a role where you'll be trusted to get on with the job, use your skills, and make a real impact.
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently on nights
- A professional and proactive attitude
