Location: London
Salary: 45,000– 50,000 basic per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join an established team covering London and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit a qualified engineer looking for a competitive basic salary, a varied workload and the opportunity to develop their career within the HVAC industry.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and fault–finding on HVAC systems across commercial sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and system faults, ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial works.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety while working on customer sites.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing a professional service.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an HVAC Engineer.
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault–finding.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant industry qualifications and a full UK driving licence.
