We are excited to offer the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced staff in a high‑quality, well‑resourced environment as a Secondary Inclusion Administrator. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day management of systems and processes—particularly those supporting students with SEND, Children Looked After (CLA), and other inclusion needs—to help them thrive both academically and personally. This role is to work 36 hours per week on a term‑time only basis, plus Professional Development days. The hours of work are generally Monday to Friday from 08.00am until 16.00pm. The salary of £27,000 per annum has already been pro‑rated and therefore this is the actual salary you will receive (before tax).

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • The Secondary Inclusion Administrator is responsible for updating the Academy‑wide Management Information System (MIS), Bromcom, and demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to produce statistical data reports (attendance, attainment, SEND tracking etc.).
  • Experience in maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date electronic records and archives.
  • Ability to liaise professionally with staff, students and parents.
  • Understanding of inclusive education and the needs of students requiring additional support.
