London, Manchester & Glasgow We\’re Hiring: Project Manager – Luxury Interior Fit-Out | KSA & UAE Projects ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality fitout projects in the UAE and KSA. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-standard execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, cultural and themed entertainment sectors. Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE. Your Role: Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery. Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution. Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence. Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase. Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection. What You’ll Need: ~12+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management. ~ Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects. ~ Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. ~ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related. ~ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
