ALEC FITOUT is hiring a results-oriented Project Commercial Manager to lead high-end fit-out projects in KSA. As a Project Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading all commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects from inception to final account. Your expertise will protect the company’s interests, maximize margins, and ensure strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for KSA.
Your Role:
- Leading the commercial & contractual function from pre-contract to handover
- Driving profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost reporting
- Managing subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances
- Approving major payments, forecasts, and project financials
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a top-performing commercial team
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout
- Strong leadership, negotiation & commercial acumen
- Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently
- Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management
- Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- Fluent in English
