About Your Team
Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, you’ll lead a team of Commissioning Foremen and collaborate with design engineers, QA/QC teams, and OEM representatives to achieve project success.
Your Role
- Prepare commissioning strategies, plans, and test scripts aligned with project specifications and codes.
- Conduct inspections, pre-functional checks, and functional performance tests for mechanical, electrical, BMS, and specialist systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with design and OEM teams.
- Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and start-up to meet project schedules.
- Compile and submit commissioning documentation, including test reports and punch lists, for client and consultant review.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
This is a full-time role requiring attention to detail, coordination, and a proactive approach to commissioning activities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience- 5+ years of experience in MEP commissioning and testing processes.
- Proven expertise in functional performance testing and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning methods, and regional codes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and develop test procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
