The Role
As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and delivering cost consultancy services across a variety of projects.
- Providing cost planning, estimates, procurement advice and tender documentation.
- Managing post-contract duties including valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Working closely with clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
