Are you an experienced structural Revit technician and BIM modeller who is brave, ambitious and keen for something different? Interested to be in at the start of something big? A new London office is landing – a reputable international design consultant with big plans for their London division. The well‐respected and highly qualified London Structural Engineering Directors are already in place. The recruitment of the senior structural team is the next stage to build the operation and this includes the post of Lead BIM Modeller.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent Revit technical skills and good knowledge of how buildings go together.
  • Assist with the growth, management, recruitment and development of the BIM team going forwards.
  • Initially be the only UK technician and be willing and able to "get your hands dirty".
  • Good technical building experience using Revit, excellent project running and communication skills.
  • Help grow the office to up to 30 staff within the next few years.
  • Leverage international projects to support the London work and pick up international clients already present in London.

Qualifications

  • Experienced structural Revit technician and BIM modeller.
  • Strong Revit technical proficiency.
  • Understanding of building integration.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
