As a technical lead, you will coordinate external consultants, manage engineering design approvals, and act as the main interface between the land, commercial, construction, and planning teams. Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience: Extensive background with a housebuilder, developer, or engineering consultancy supporting residential projects.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, CDM, and local authority technical approval processes.
Skills:
