Aldwych Consulting is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a London-based 2-month contract.
You will join a Tier 1 main contractor on a live project, supervising commercial and contractual elements and delivering value across packages, subcontractors, valuations and final accounts.
Immediate availability is preferred. The role offers a daily rate of £600–£625 Umbrella/Inside IR35, with up to £450 daily for Ltd Company options where appropriate.
