Aldwych Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, nationally recognised main contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The role will oversee high-value projects (£5m to £60m+), across industrial, logistics and commercial sectors, with a focus on profitable delivery.
You will lead commercial management from procurement through final account, manage subcontract procurement, valuations and payments, and prepare client valuations.
