As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a boutique consultancy firm, delivering exceptional private residential projects across London. As part of the team, youll work on prestigious developments in the UK and internationally, collaborating with top-tier professionals in a supportive and ambitious environment.
Your Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Cost Planning – Delivering accurate estimates and financial forecasts.
Tendering & Bill of Quantities Production – Preparing competitive and comprehensive tender documents.
Contract Documentation – Drafting and managing contractual agreements.
Valuations & Variation Reviews – Assessing project progress and cost implications.
Financial Reporting – Providing clear, data-driven insights to clients.
Contract Administration – Overseeing compliance, risk, and contractual matters.
Client Meetings – Engaging confidently with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent qualification).
RICS Chartered (or working towards chartership).
Proven experience in a senior QS role within the private residential sector.
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills – this is a client-facing role.
Full UK Drivers License – site visits required.
