- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
What we're looking for:
- Chartered or nearly Chartered (MRICS preferred).
- Proven track record across consultancy projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
- Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong communication skills - confident in front of clients and happy rolling up your sleeves with the team.
- Based in the South West (or willing to relocate).
