Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Do you want to take ownership of complex concrete and formwork projects while leading on commercial delivery? We\'re supporting a specialist contractor with a strong track record in reinforced concrete and formwork packages who are seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This role offers the chance to lead high-value projects, manage costs from tender to final account, and mentor junior surveyors. Key responsibilities: Overseeing all commercial aspects from procurement to final account Leading subcontractor negotiations and contract administration Preparing detailed cost reports, valuations and forecasts Implementing cost control measures to maximise project profitability Collaborating closely with site teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget Supporting and developing junior team members We\'re looking for: Proven experience as a QS/SQS within formwork, concrete, civils or specialist subcontracting Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Ability to work independently while driving team performance If you\'re a Senior QS ready to make an impact on technically challenging projects, we\'d like to hear from you.
