You will be working on a very exciting project and working within an established team of quantity surveying professionals. Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Procurement of materials Managing and pricing change Managing subcontractors / labour Raising early warnings and managing change events Completing cost variation reports Getting involved with client and stakeholder liaison Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Background working for a civil engineering contractor. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a high pressure environment. Proven experience within the highways/civils sector.
