We are working with an ever-growing construction consultancy who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in West London. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
- Pre and Post contract services.
- Attend site meetings.
- Produce documents to tender.
- Contract Administration.
- Valuations.
- Cost Management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
- Chartered with the RICS (ideal).
- Ideally previous experience delivering within the Residential environment (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
- Negotiation skills.
- Communication skills.
- Numeracy skills.
- Report writing.
- Presentation skills.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
