Are you experienced in managing projects from start to finish? Do you have a background working with developers or main contractors? Eager to contribute to a high-rise residential project (not through BSR)?
We are collaborating with a leading Tier 1 developer to find a Project Quantity Surveyor for a major residential scheme in Central London. This is a long-term opportunity for a commercially savvy QS who enjoys teamwork and career growth.
This project involves multiple phases, delivering over 300 units. It is already underway, with site activities beginning soon. You will join at an exciting stage of development, with experience in managing internal packages like drylining and kitchens being advantageous.
