Are you a Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure projects within the aviation sector? My client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their team, supporting a major UK airport programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile capital works, working in a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage project governance, reporting, and risk management in line with client and regulatory expectations.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, and delivery strategies tailored to the aviation environment.
- Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the aviation, infrastructure, or complex built environment sectors.
- Background in consultancy (preferred), with a solid understanding of project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB) is desirable.
