What you'll be doing as the successful Project Manager:
- Leading the successful delivery of diverse, high-value construction projects across multiple sectors
- Managing scope, budgets, programmes, and teams to achieve outstanding results
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design and delivery teams with clarity and confidence
- Building strong client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
- Contributing to business growth and mentoring the next generation of project leaders
Requirements:
- A degree in a construction-related discipline (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar)
- Proven consultancy experience managing complex construction projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
- Professional accreditation (MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB) - or working towards it
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit project sites
