As a Principal / Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a leading role in shaping projects from concept through to completion. You\’ll work closely with architects, contractors, and clients, leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers to deliver outstanding building services solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical design on a variety of building services projects. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver coordinated solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Engage with clients, manage expectations, and ensure project delivery to the highest standards. Contribute to business development and support in winning new work.About You: Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience). Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership. Proven experience in leading building services projects from design to completion.
