We\’re working with a civil engineering contractor to recruit a Plant Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to coordinate people, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced environment.You\’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of internal and external plant hire operations, ensuring clear planning, efficient utilisation of assets, and smooth collaboration across teams.
