Are you a Project or Senior level buildings structural design engineer seeking a new challenge? Would you be interested in joining a large, well established multi disciplinary property consultancy at their Oxford office?
The work includes a wide variety of buildings structures projects, including large complex schemes up to £200m, to small, local client schemes. Work is both UK and international with interested clients such as F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors and developers.
The firm has been running for over 50 years, continually invests in their people and keeps up to date with new technologies. They have a low staff turnover and pride themselves on technical excellence and delivery of projects on time and to a high standard.
You will be joining an established and expanding Structural & Civil Engineering team, where you will be able to develop and collaborate with other internal construction and property experts. Your role will be client facing, managing projects from inception to completion. You must be able to run and manage projects and more junior staff.
You will be designing for buildings projects involving concrete, steel, timber and masonry, both new build and refurbishment works. The role will also include undertaking some survey and report work. Excellent communication skills and a desire to attain Chartership are essential.
