The RoleYou'll take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors. Managing the commercial performance of live projectsCVRs, forecasting, cost control and reportingManaging variations, compensation events and changeSubcontract procurement and account managementContractual and commercial correspondenceCash flow and final accountsIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesSupporting and developing junior members of the commercial teamWorking closely with operational teams to maximise project performanceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing QS or Commercial Manager, ideally with experience within specialist contracting, piling, foundations, geotechnical or civil engineering.
