The business works across sectors including data centres, energy, pharmaceuticals, logistics, retail, highways, residential and public sector projects, offering a varied and technically strong project portfolio. This is a key role within the Norwich office, managing a small existing civils team with the opportunity to grow the team and develop the wider civil engineering offering. The role is open to candidates at Associate, Associate Director or Technical Director level, depending on experience. The RoleYou'll combine technical leadership, project delivery, people management and client development. Leading civil engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction. Providing technical expertise across drainage, highways, external works, levels, earthworks and infrastructure. Reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring quality and compliance. Managing project programmes, resources and budgets. Building strong relationships with clients and other project stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge across highways, drainage and infrastructure. Strong project management and client-facing skills. Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development. What's On Offer70,000 - 95,000, depending on experience.
