Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a circa Β£2m refurbishment and upgrade project in a specialist heritage environment.
You will lead the QS function, reporting to the project team and ensuring robust commercial controls across pre- and post-contract activities.
