I am working exclusively with a leading construction consultancy specialising in aviation and airport projects. They are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to high-profile, technically challenging projects across the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets for aviation projects
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money and commercial efficiency
- Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor agreements
- Provide commercial advice to project teams and clients
- Support dispute resolution and risk management where necessary
About You:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within aviation, airports, or major infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
- Experience with NEC essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
