Are you a Senior Civil Engineer with strong highways and drainage experience looking for your next opportunity? I'm working with a well-established multi-disciplinary design consultancy in South West London, who are looking to strengthen their civil engineering team with an experienced Senior Civil Engineer.
You will be responsible for delivering highways and drainage designs across a range of projects, working closely with clients and other design disciplines to develop practical, sustainable and technically robust solutions. The consultancy works with a number of Tier 1 contractors, delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. Experience within the rail or power/electrical infrastructure sectors would be particularly advantageous.
The role will also give you the opportunity to get involved in client meetings, design coordination, tendering and work-winning activities, as well as supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
You will ideally have:
- Around 5+ years' experience in civil engineering design
- Strong experience in highways and drainage design
- Consultancy experience
- Experience working on infrastructure projects, ideally within rail or power
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Chartered or working towards Chartership
- Experience with relevant civil design software
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when required
