The business delivers projects across residential, mixed-use, commercial, office, education, transport infrastructure and major regeneration sectors, with involvement in some of London's most significant developments. Recent project experience includes large-scale mixed-use regeneration, high-density residential schemes, major commercial developments, public realm improvements and complex urban infrastructure projects across the capital.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality Civil 3D models and technical drawing packages across a broad range of development infrastructure projects. Working closely with engineers, project leads and multidisciplinary design teams, you will support projects from early planning stages through to detailed design and construction delivery. Typical work will include highways design, drainage infrastructure, site levels, earthworks, utility coordination and wider civil infrastructure associated with major developments.
The role offers exposure to a diverse workload ranging from residential-led masterplans and mixed-use developments to commercial schemes, urban regeneration projects and the growing data centre sector. You will also have the opportunity to support the ongoing development of CAD and BIM standards while assisting in the mentoring and development of junior technicians.

- Strong experience working as a Civil Technician within a civil engineering consultancy environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Civil 3D, which is considered essential for the role.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical quality.
- Ability to support and mentor junior technicians where required.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Experience with Revit and Navisworks would be beneficial but is not essential.
