We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, design-led building services engineering consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering technically excellent mechanical and electrical engineering solutions across the commercial, workplace, healthcare, education, residential and mixed-use sectors. The business works alongside leading developers, architects, contractors and occupiers, supporting projects from early feasibility through to construction and handover.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Director to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the company's growth.
The Role
- You will provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects while helping to drive the commercial success of the business.
- Working closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee project delivery from concept design through to completion, ensuring quality, innovation and practical engineering solutions remain at the heart of every project.
- Alongside project leadership, you will mentor engineers, develop client relationships and contribute to business strategy, helping to expand an already impressive client base.
