Responsibilities- Depending on your experience, you’ll be involved in a wide range of Building Surveying services, including:
- Building surveys and technical due diligence
- Contract administration and project management
- Planned preventative maintenance and defect analysis
- Party wall and dilapidations work
- Client liaison and professional advice
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles)
- Associate-level candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client growth, and team leadership.
