An established and growing provider of premium student accommodation is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Operative/ Technician to join its team at a high-quality residential scheme in Canary Wharf .
This is a frontline, hands-on maintenance role, ideal for someone with a strong electrical maintenance background who enjoys a varied role combining planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and day-to-day building maintenance.
Working as part of the on-site team, you will play an important role in ensuring the building, resident accommodation and communal areas are maintained to a safe, compliant and high standard.
The Role:
You will take ownership of a wide range of electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repair work , alongside general reactive and planned maintenance across the building.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out reactive electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) .
