We are looking for a Chartered structural engineer at Associate level or above who is ready for a fresh challenge. If you are forwardâthinking, dynamic in design, able to manage projects and lead a design team, we want to hear from you.
You will be involved in RIBA projects at Stages 1 & 2, so strong concept design, creativity and liaison skills are essential. Working closely with the Structural Director, you will help manage the team, deliver projects and contribute handsâon design. Knowledge of Rhino, Dynamo and Grasshopper is a plus, and experience in both RC and steel structures is required.
Our firm is a wellâestablished, highly reputable property consultancy covering architecture, MEP, surveying, sustainability, masterplanning and structural design. With around 200 staff and a centuryâlong heritage, we operate in a financially secure environment and value collaboration, mutual support and efficiency.
Projects vary in size and scope, including defence, industrial, residential, police, garden centre, school and concrete midârise frame work. Typical project values range from ÂŁ10m to ÂŁ200m.
We expect a minimum of 10 years of buildings structures experience for this role.
