You’ll carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general building upkeep across modern residential properties, ensuring safety, compliance and a high standard of presentation for residents.
You’ll work with the site team, use a CAFM system on an iPad, support contractors and maintain maintenance records while delivering excellent customer service.
