Responsibilities

• Lead projects and project teams to success, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage reasonably sized projects and provide hands‑on design support.
• Lead design teams and mentor graduate engineers.
• Serve as a proactive, client‑facing communication ambassador.

Qualifications

• Chartered MICE or MIStructE.
• Extensive experience managing projects and leading design teams.
• Strong RC frame design experience.
• Excellent communication and proactive client‑facing skills.
