We're partnering with a well-established, UK-based multidisciplinary consultancy that operates at the intersection of engineering, development, and infrastructure delivery. Their M&E team plays a key role in delivering innovative, low-carbon building services solutions across major residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery from their Hemel Hempstead office.

The Role

As BIM Manager, you will take ownership of BIM strategy, coordination, and implementation across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll ensure consistent, high-quality BIM delivery aligned with project and business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead BIM delivery across M&E building services projects
  • Develop and manage BIM standards, workflows, and best practice
  • Oversee model coordination and clash detection across disciplines
  • Support project teams from concept through to construction
  • Act as the key BIM point of contact for clients and project teams
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior BIM and Revit staff

About You

  • Proven experience in a BIM Lead / BIM Manager role within M&E / Building Services
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination tools
  • Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and UK BIM standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for digital engineering and innovation
