Would you like to work for a consultancy who provide multi-disciplinary services in areas including Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Transport and Highway Engineering?

Are you a talented and highly motivated Chartered Structural Engineer, keen for a new challenge leading a team of experienced designers? The firm have over 100 staff in total, across several offices. You will be taking a lead role for the structures team in the Hemel office and delivering projects in a timely and excellent manner.

Projects are mainly UK based buildings schemes in a variety of sectors, from small to large scale, generally up to £20m. You will be responsible for the financial, technical and project management control of structural engineering aspects of projects, as well as leading and developing project teams, supervising and training engineers and technicians.

The firm have a friendly and supportive working environment, which has resulted in good morale, and a low staff turnover.
