Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support delivery across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of health and safety systems across civil engineering projects
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with current HSE legislation and company procedures
  • Carry out regular site inspections and audits across active project sites
  • Identify, record, and track non-conformances (NCRs) through to effective close-out
  • Assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned
  • Support the introduction of new processes, technologies, and safe working practices
  • Liaise with site teams, engineers, and management
