We're recruiting a Commercial Administrator to support the Commercial Manager with purchasing, supplier payments, financial reporting and the administration of works. You'll work with colleagues and subcontractors to resolve queries, keep records accurate and make sure tasks are followed through to completion.
What you'll be doing:
- Raising purchase orders and administering supplier invoices and payments.
- Tracking work in progress, debt and changes to the contract.
- Maintaining records for planned and reactive works.
- Preparing applications and supporting documents for chargeable works.
- Liaising with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve commercial queries and meet deadlines.
What you'll bring:
- You'll have experience in an administrative role involving finance or commercial processes, strong organisational skills and confidence using Excel.
- You'll be comfortable handling several priorities, communicating with different people and taking responsibility for getting things done.
- Experience with Oracle, CAFM systems or facilities management would be useful.
