Combining technical leadership with people management and commercial oversight, you will play a key role in coordinating resources, managing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered to the required standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and develop a team of electrical building services engineers.Act as line manager, supporting team members' welfare, professional development, workloads and day-to-day activities.Oversee the successful delivery of all projects within your team, ensuring quality, programme and budget requirements are met.Lead electrical design and multidisciplinary coordination across multiple projects.Manage project fees, resources, budgets and commercial performance.Act as Project Lead on selected schemes, overseeing technical delivery and client communication.Coordinate with mechanical, public health, architectural and structural teams.Support client relationships, business development and the development of new opportunities.Promote best practice in sustainable design, BIM coordination and technical quality.About YouYou will be an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer with strong consultancy experience and the ability to lead people, projects and client relationships.
