You'll have the opportunity to get involved across a broad range of Building Surveying services, including: Undertaking and leading condition and measured surveys, defect diagnosis and TDD Preparing detailed reports, specifications, schedules of work and technical documentation Managing project management and contract administration assignments Delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects from inception through to completion Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate Ensuring projects meet the required quality, health & safety and environmental standards What are they looking for? We're keen to hear from Building Surveyors who have: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, ideally RICS-accredited Experience working within a consultancy or similar professional environment Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction and statutory compliance Experience across project management and contract administration Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Progress towards, or recently achieved, MRICS status Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or similar software would be advantageous
