Associate Director / Projects Director - Quantity Surveying

Our client is a well-established and highly respected construction consultancy based in West London , specialising in the delivery of some of the capital's most prestigious high-end and luxury residential projects .
They are now looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially astute Associate Director / Projects Director to play a key role in leading the Quantity Surveying function and delivering an impressive portfolio of high-value projects.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, Associate or Associate Director who has a strong background within the high-end residential sector and is comfortable taking ownership of complex projects and client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the commercial delivery of high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects.
Managing projects from early feasibility and cost planning through to final
